Job Description

The Sr. SAP Business Analyst will be part of a cross-functional team environment as part of the DFA Shared Applications Team. This position will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing SAP business applications, with a primary focus on Procure to Pay. This includes Planning, Purchase Order Processing, Guided Buying, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Management, and associated processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and enhance SAP business applications to meet business requirements.
  • Support project teams, provide input on system design, integration testing, user training, and post go-live support.
  • Provide day-to-day production support, including coordination with team members and external consultants.
  • Follow approved DFA project management and governance standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years' experience in design and configuration in SAP Material Management (MM) with strong knowledge of integration points between Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, Order to Cash and Finance.
  • 3+ Years experience in SAP Ariba Guided Buying, e-Sourcing and Catalog modules.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes required.
  • General knowledge of EDI, IDocs, Workflow and ability to troubleshoot and analyze issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Full life-cycle SAP MM implementation experience from system design to post go live support.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experience in an SAP production support environment preferred.
  • SAP ABAP coding experience or ability to read and understand custom ABAP code is a plus.
