About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Direct to Consumer (D2C) team at Russell Stover Chocolates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing proactive analytical expertise to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to track D2C performance, including product sales, order accuracy, shipping costs, and customer service metrics.
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical or analytical role, with a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and time functions.
  • Experience working with SAP, IBP/PPDS, Power BI, and Microsoft Analysis for Office.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as SQL and VBA.
  • 2+ years of experience building complex reports or models using Business Intelligence Tools, such as Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Understanding of networks, servers, and process automation tools.
