Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Procurement and Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Idaho Pacific Holdings, Inc. This role is responsible for managing the inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, as well as coordinating the procurement of new items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all tools, parts, and supplies, including checking in and out items and performing periodic inventory audits.
  • Procurement: Obtain competitive pricing for items to be purchased, complete requisition forms, and obtain proper signed approval for purchases.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate parts pickup from local vendors, order and stock tools, parts, and supplies to maintain proper inventory levels.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into the Company's COGS preventative maintenance program.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of basic inventory principles and the ability to maintain proper inventory levels.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Ability to accurately write and maintain logs, records, and reports.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with high noise, heat, cold, and dust levels.
Working Conditions

This position requires a high level of safety consciousness and the ability to work in a variety of environments, including high noise, heat, cold, and dust levels.
