Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and driving sales through effective product knowledge and promotions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current promotional events, brand loyalty programs, and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Store Operations: Execute point of sale transactions, complete floor replenishment, and maintain a safe and clean store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product styles, features, and benefits, and effectively communicate with customers.
  • Communication Skills: Possess effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Lift 40 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and climb up and down a ladder as needed.
