Barista - Customer Experience Specialist

As a Barista - Customer Experience Specialist at The GIANT Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our retail stores. You will be the face of our brand, and your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and connecting with each customer
Effectively recommend products and accommodate purchases to enhance the customer experience
Provide product demonstrations and sampling
Produce high-quality products in accordance with company standards
Contribute to store profitability by following proper cash handling procedures and inventory guidelines
Assume responsibility to learn and demonstrate knowledge as a barista
Requirements
Preferable supervisory and/or barista experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have valid identification
Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance
Special Skills
Customer-focused, strong interpersonal skills, and food handling certificate preferred
Physical Requirements
Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs
Job cycles: continual max
Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
Max pull static: 20 lbs.
