Responsibilities
  • Process transactions for members, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service to members, both in person and via telephone.
  • Cross-sell and promote Credit Union products and services to meet the financial needs of our members.
Requirements
  • Entry-level banking and/or retail experience with cash handling and customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism as a front-line representative of our institution.

  • A competitive salary range of $38,662 - $45,000 annually.
