* Collaborate with technology management, customers, and support teams to lead the design, development, and execution of technical solutions.
* Provide technical guidance and direction to ensure the successful implementation of complex projects.
* Develop and maintain technical standards and policies to ensure consistency and quality across the organization.
* Analyze user requirements and operational constraints to identify and implement effective solutions.
* Work closely with business partners to gather, document, and analyze system specifications and requirements.
* Mentor and coach less experienced engineers, technicians, and integrators to ensure knowledge transfer and growth.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, practices, and technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
* Promote the use of industry best practices, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
* Maintain an expert level of technical aptitude and working knowledge of supporting application(s), development environments, and the supported client environment.
* Assist in developing expense and capital budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
* Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
* Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
* Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the Mindlance brand.
* Maintain Company's internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points.

Requirements:

* A combined minimum of 12 years higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management, and/or architecture.
* A thorough understanding of the system development and infrastructure lifecycle and architecture, vendor best practices, IT Service Management, and systems design.
* Advanced technical skills, analytical skills, troubleshooting skills, problem-solving skills, and verifiable industry and/or vendor expertise in relative technologies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective influencing skills, process-oriented, logical thinker, and strong knowledge of server/client and virtual technologies.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others in a team environment.
* Ability to use effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit and review requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and group size.
* Understanding of how the people, processes, and technology within an organization interact in relationships and patterns to create a feasible solution on projects of medium to high complexity.
* Adaptable and able to learn quickly in a rapid pace environment.
* Experience with project estimation and budget/planning activities.
