Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive audiological assessments, collaborating with medical specialists, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, including audiograms, tympanometry, acoustic reflexes, and otoacoustic emissions.
  • Collaborate with medical specialists to identify and manage audiologic manifestations of ear disease.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address hearing and balance disorders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in audiology to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Audiology or Clinical doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) required.
  • Licensure by the Ohio Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology required.
  • Certification or certification eligibility by ASHA (American Speech and Hearing Association) or Board Certified in Audiology by AAA required.
  • Experience as a staff audiologist strongly desired.
