Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN/RN to join our team at Williamstown Recovery Operator, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the RN or medical doctor, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with other direct care providers to conduct case staffing and develop effective care plans.
  • Identify and respond to clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, providing appropriate support and interventions.
  • Deliver and monitor detoxification treatment according to agency medical and pharmacy protocols, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN/RN licensure and certification.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a recovery or addiction treatment environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
