About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Deptford, NJ.

Job Summary

The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including collecting medical information, administering medications, and treating wounds and bedsores.

Responsibilities
  • Collecting information from patients to be admitted, including medical records and insurance details
  • Recording health details of patients, including vitals and temperature
  • Helping patients prepare for medical examinations and taking test samples
  • Administering medications and injections as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed
  • Helping patients with personal hygiene and dressing
  • Monitoring patients' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
  • Valid NJ State LPN license
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry
