As a key member of our Vantage Point Program, you will provide personalized support to adolescents in need of short-term care, helping them navigate daily challenges and reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clients and organize activities to promote their well-being
  • Manage crises and instruct essential life skills to clients
  • Record behaviors and participate in team meetings to ensure client safety
  • Assess documents and observe client behaviors and medication effects
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need strong communication skills, keen observation skills, and effective crisis management skills. Proficiency in using behavior tracking software and knowledge of relevant techniques for teaching living skills are also essential. A valid driver's license is required to fulfill job responsibilities, including transporting clients and attending off-site meetings.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, one year of post-high school education in social work, psychology, or a related field, and one year of general work experience. Up to two years of personal experience with recovery or treatment may be substituted for the post-high school education or general work experience requirements.
