We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will also receive hotel discounts, paid time off, retirement options, referral bonuses, career advancement opportunities, and health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing linens, and restocking supplies.
  2. Remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms and replace with clean supplies.
  3. Perform deep cleaning activities as needed, working in conjunction with the maintenance department.
  4. Interact with guests and team members in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  5. Maintain regular attendance and adhere to company standards of personal appearance and grooming.
Requirements

  3. A strong attention to detail.
  4. Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
  5. The ability to work well in stressful and high-pressure situations.
  6. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on hotel demands.
