Store Cleaning Associate El Paso

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Cleaning Associate to join our team at Marshalls in El Paso, TX. As a Store Cleaning Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience, and upholding our company's high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the operation of floor care equipment and adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
- Adhere to all company policies concerning Health and Safety, including the refilling of essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End.
- Support and respond to all Front End coverage needs, and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates, and adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
- Capable of multi-tasking, responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations, and communicating effectively with management and Associates.
- Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation, and stand out as a colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors.

This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
