We are seeking a compassionate and diligent Behavioral Health Technician to join our team, working closely with psychiatrists and medical professionals to implement treatment plans for patients with behavior disorders.

Earn an estimated $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, while providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will possess excellent listening skills, a solid understanding of behavior disorders, and the ability to work effectively with patients who require supervision and support.

  • Adhere to all policies and procedures while working in the facility and residence.
  • Provide client support services during treatment and in residence.
  • Implement individual treatment plans prescribed by medical professionals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 21+ years of age
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health and 1+ years experience (highly preferred)
  • Associate's degree in behavioral health and 2+ years experience (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 3+ years experience
