Responsibilities
  1. Provide emotional support and guidance to residents navigating mental health challenges
  2. Facilitate group therapy sessions and activities
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  4. Monitor resident engagement and participation in programs
  5. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certification in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, social work)
  • 2+ years of experience in behavioral health or a related field
  • Strong active listening and conflict resolution skills
