Temecula Valley Hospital is a leading healthcare provider in the region, known for its advanced technology and innovative programs. As a Patient Care Technician, you will be part of a team that delivers patient-centered and family-sensitive care.
Responsibilities- Document all activities performed in accordance with established policy
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, feeding, and ambulating
- Perform specimen collection and communicate pertinent information to the RN
- Provide safe and timely transport of patients as assigned
- Accurately interpret cardiac rhythms and post strips on flow sheet
- Six months experience working as a CNA or Paramedic preferred
- Current Calif. CNA, EMT or Paramedic certificate required
- BLS Certification (AHA and current)
- Basic dysrhythmia certification within 90 days of hire
