Patient Care Technician ICU Per Diem Nights Temecula Valley Hospital

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Temecula Valley Hospital. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team.
Responsibilities- Document all activities performed in accordance with established policy.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including feeding, ambulating, and surgical preps.
- Collect specimens and communicate pertinent information to the RN.
- Provide safe and timely transport of patients as assigned.
- Accurately interpret cardiac rhythms and post strips on flow sheet.
- Six (6) months experience working as a CNA or Paramedic preferred.
- Current Calif. CNA, EMT or Paramedic certificate required.
- BLS Certification (AHA and current).
- Basic dysrhythmia certification within 90 days of hire.
