About the Role

We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team as a planner for energy supply systems. As a key member of our infrastructure project planning team, you will be responsible for planning the infrastructure for DB Energy, including structural components of railway power supply systems in phases 2-6 of the HOAI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan infrastructure for DB Energy, including structural components of railway power supply systems
  • Consider deadlines, costs, and quality requirements
  • Plan elements such as foundations, drainage, and access to our railway power switchgear
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and seek technically, economically, and ecologically optimal solutions
  • Develop technical solutions for the conversion, construction, or replacement of railway power switchgear
  • Prepare application documents for a planning approval procedure with the Federal Railway Authority
  • Create tender documents and provide technical support during the tender process

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Experience in infrastructure project planning for energy supply systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of railway power supply systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
