Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Las Cruces, NM. As a key member of our Level III NICU team, you will provide comprehensive care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to neonates in the Level III NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in neonatal care.
- Current APRN national specialty certification in Neonatal Nursing.
- Minimum of a master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
