Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Las Cruces, NM. As a key member of our Level III NICU team, you will provide comprehensive care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to neonates in the Level III NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in neonatal care.
Requirements
  • Current APRN national specialty certification in Neonatal Nursing.
  • Minimum of a master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
