The Housekeeper is a vital member of the Trezevant Episcopal Home team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, including dusting, mopping, and emptying trash.
  • Clean all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and public spaces, to provide a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Perform work that meets or exceeds resident satisfaction as measured by our resident satisfaction survey.
  • Exhibit knowledge of Trezevant's Mission, Vision, and Values, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Develop good listening skills to show interest in residents and help prevent problems before they occur.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Report to work on time as scheduled and outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
