KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and assist customers in a courteous manner, both in-person and via phone
- Process payments, invoices, and perform various administrative tasks
- Provide accurate information to callers with general inquiries
- Address customer complaints with professionalism and composure
- Support general administrative functions including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying
- Manage office supply inventory for the designated location
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Capability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues while managing multiple responsibilities
- Willingness to undergo a drug screening and background investigation
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
