KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a courteous manner, both in-person and via phone
  • Process payments, invoices, and perform various administrative tasks
  • Provide accurate information to callers with general inquiries
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and composure
  • Support general administrative functions including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying
  • Manage office supply inventory for the designated location

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Capability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues while managing multiple responsibilities
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening and background investigation

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
