Qualifications:
- Profound knowledge of the principles, practices, permitting processes, codes, and standards relevant to Landscape Architecture and Planning.
- Strong communication, financial oversight, and leadership capabilities to manage various projects, clients, timelines, and budgets.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, articulating their goals and objectives to the project team.

- Proficiency in CADD, Photoshop, and MS Office; familiarity with Autodesk Infraworks and Sketchup is advantageous.

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000.

Your Responsibilities:
- Uphold Galloway's values by addressing client needs while delivering high-quality consulting services.
- Provide supervision and direction on overall objectives, critical issues, innovative concepts, and policy matters within the team; consult with senior management regarding challenges and developments.
- Lead efforts in business development, fostering repeat and referral business with existing clients, and exploring new opportunities.
- Prepare and review project proposals, qualifications, promotional materials, and service agreements.
- Oversee the preparation, acquisition of internal and external approvals, and management of project execution and amendments.
- Collaborate with the team throughout project execution.
- Actively coach, mentor, and delegate responsibilities to junior staff, providing daily on-the-job training.
- Coordinate project setup in the accounting system and communicate job/task/phase details to team members.

Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Landscape Architecture. Registration/license in Landscape Architecture in Utah is highly preferred.

Experience:
- Typically, 7-10 years of relevant experience post-education.
