About the RoleThe Kennedy-Donovan Center is seeking an experienced Program Team Lead to join its management team. In this leadership role, you will provide oversight and guidance to the Individual Supports program, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to clients. As a key stakeholder, you will collaborate with the Program Director to maintain program compliance, develop staff, and build partnerships with community organizations.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and daily management of assigned tasks in accordance with KDC's philosophy, mission, and vision.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to maintain program standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise Individual Supports Case Managers to ensure program compliance and information sharing.
