Key Responsibilities- Assist Servers during meal periods, ensuring prompt and efficient service to our guests.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment by resetting tables, unloading trays, and keeping the bus station clean and stocked.
- Provide Excellent Guest Service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs.
- Participate in Team Efforts to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Adhere to Resort Policies and Procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification in compliance with California laws.
- Long Hours may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Medium Work involves exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 15 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Must be Able to Stand and Work for Extended Periods during customary service hours.
- Must be Able to Bend, Stoop, or Reach as Needed to perform job duties.
