Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative oversees all customer inquiries and assists clients with their needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and assessing client needs. This role involves selling services and products, touring prospective clients, and providing information according to established procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell services and products to prospective customers
  • Tour prospective clients through the facility
  • Answer phone calls, receive, and provide information according to established procedures
  • Welcome clients and pet guests and ensure pet guests have up-to-date vaccination records
  • Manage cash, including accepting cash, checks, and credit card payments for services and end-of-day cash drawer balance
  • Explain company and facility policies to customers in a positive manner
  • Respond to customer complaints professionally and resolve problems satisfactorily
  • Escort pet guests to/from their enclosures and provide water as needed
  • Operate the Point-of-Sale system
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the lobby and other public areas
  • Complete required training and attend sessions as needed/assigned
  • Treat customers, guests, visitors, and coworkers with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist other associates as needed

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $12.50 per hour, based on location and experience. This rate may vary depending on individual circumstances.
