Pharmaceutical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmaceutical Care Specialist. This role is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, processing and dispensing prescription orders, and counseling patients on health care and medication needs.
About the Role:
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community health and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
* Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders
* Counsel patients regarding health care and prescription medication needs
* Maintain confidential information and documentation
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
* Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
* Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program
Salary and Benefits:
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000-$172,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
