Purchasing and Scheduling Specialist

Estimated salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Purchasing and Scheduling Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining sufficient quantities of supplies and equipment to provide proper care and treatment to our residents.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing for the clinical household staff
  • Process billing documents with Business Office staff

Requirements

  • CNA certification required
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Two years experience in an office administrative setting required
  • Previous purchasing experience preferred
