Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in a dynamic Outpatient Clinic setting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients that require rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care, and establishing a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
  • Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

About the Position:

Requirements:

  • Must have graduated from an accredited school.
  • Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist.
