Job Summary

As a seasoned security professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the secure design and compliance of Mindteck's enterprise architecture. This position requires a deep understanding of security threats, compliance frameworks, and emerging technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security strategies, drive adoption of security best practices, and maintain a strong cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and consultation to infrastructure architects and engineers to ensure secure deployment of technology.
Develop and maintain security architecture and engineering initiatives to support business technology needs.
Identify security vulnerabilities and guide developers and engineers in addressing these issues.
Collaborate with corporate functions, including Internal Audit, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure a strong cybersecurity posture.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 6+ years of technical experience in security architecture.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with senior executives and technical teams.
Detailed understanding of security threats, compliance frameworks, and emerging technologies.
Proven hands-on experience securing cloud infrastructure, global hybrid architectures, and operating systems.
Security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are required.
