Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our team as a Guardianship and Estate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in guardianship, probate, and estate and trust administration, with a proven track record of success in court.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client meetings to discuss their legal needs and provide guidance on guardianship, probate, and estate and trust administration matters.
  • Prepare all legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Represent clients in court, advocating on their behalf to ensure their rights are protected.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, research, writing, and communication skills to effectively manage client cases.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in guardianship, probate, and estate and trust administration laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an attorney in guardianship, probate, and estate and trust administration or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in court, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent analytical skills, research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Trial experience preferred.
