Key Responsibilities
  • Supports library system initiatives and provides resources for staff growth and development.
  • Supervises library staff and oversees performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinates and implements collections, programs, technology systems, and development projects to meet community needs.
  • Executes community engagement objectives and provides ongoing outreach to build strong relationships with community members.
  • Works with leadership to facilitate partnerships and collaborations in the library space, engaging the community and responding to community direction.
  • Leads customer service delivery and ensures a safe and welcoming environment for staff and patrons.
Requirements

This is a full-time position, including some evenings and weekends, with 100% on-site work. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
