ROLE SUMMARY

The Technology Services Manager will be responsible for managing IT-related incidents and tasks within our club and administrative offices. This role involves providing both on-site and remote support, coordinating technical visits, and ensuring users are kept informed throughout the process. The manager will oversee applications and infrastructure based in the US, lead local initiatives for global IT projects, and ensure compliance with central IT standards. Additionally, the role includes planning and implementing IT infrastructure for new locations, working closely with business leaders to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Address IT-related incidents and tasks for the organization, including the club and associated offices.
  • Deliver on-site and remote IT support to users.
  • Coordinate and oversee visits from technical partners as necessary.
  • Effectively manage relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Keep end-users updated on the status of incidents and tasks.
  • Supervise US-based applications and infrastructure, ensuring adherence to central IT standards.
  • Lead and contribute to local aspects of global IT initiatives.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment and assets.
  • Ensure the complete delivery of all new hardware requests assigned to the IT team.
  • Oversee the installation and management of IT infrastructure.
  • Proactively engage in additional duties that support our vision, mission, and values.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required
    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities.
    • Thorough understanding of desktop and laptop hardware architecture.
    • Proven experience in end-user operating system administration (Windows 10/11, MS Office Suite & Apple iOS).
    • Prior experience in site IT administration and vendor management.
  • Preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory Services.
    • Experience with IT Ticketing systems.
    • Background in IT support within the hospitality sector.
