Key Responsibilities- Assist Dental Providers: Work closely with our dental providers to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our patients.
- Patient Management: Provide supportive care for patients at all times, including taking vital signs, reviewing patient health history, and updating records as necessary.
- Clinical Operations: Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, ensuring our clinics are well-organized and running smoothly.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of dental supplies, providing accurate and timely data to our finance team.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with dentists, co-workers, and patients to achieve our mission of providing exceptional patient care.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with a graduate of a dental assisting program or one year of dental assistant experience preferred.
- Certifications: Valid certificate of Expanded Functions Dental Assistant or Expanded Functions Preventive Dental Assistant, and a certificate of radiology proficiency issued by the Oregon State Board of Dental Examiners.
- Skills and Abilities: Good oral and written communication skills, bilingual English and Spanish preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

As a member of our team, you will be exposed to blood-borne pathogens and potentially hazardous chemicals, and must meet immunization requirements as stated in our immunization policy and state and federal guidelines.
