Maintenance Planner Supervisor Job Summary

As a Maintenance Planner Supervisor at Ceva Animal Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Manage inventory levels, track usage patterns, and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Oversee the distribution of MRO supplies and materials, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective maintenance operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of manager/supervisory experience in industrial operations or a similar environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and quality
Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work in a clean lab and manufacturing environment, with occasional exposure to hazardous waste and chemicals. The employee will be required to wear protective clothing and gear, and may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
