Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Sanitation Washroom Associate to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations, and supporting our production operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized washroom area, including floors, walls, and equipment
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as hand trucks and Zambonis
  • Assist with building cleaning and production room cleaning as needed
  • Perform daily and weekly sanitization and cleaning tasks, following standard operating procedures
  • Handle and wash parts of varying sizes and weights, and maintain a clean workspace
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Report any safety concerns or issues to management
Requirements
  • High school degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment and parts
