Position: Pool Bartender
Department: Restaurant

Reports To: F&B Manager


Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate creativity in the preparation of distinctive and innovative cocktails, utilizing a variety of ingredients and techniques to craft signature beverages.
  • Mix and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to standardized recipes or guest preferences.
  • Ensure precise drink preparation, maintaining consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized, regularly washing glassware, utensils, and equipment.
  • Process payments, manage transactions, and provide accurate change. Track tabs for customers seated at the bar.
  • Work hours are from 12 PM to 7 PM, primarily outdoors by the pool.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Bartender, ideally in a fine dining setting, with extensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and wines.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.

Employees must meet the physical demands outlined here to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. While executing job duties, employees are regularly required to communicate effectively and hear. They are frequently expected to stand for extended periods, walk, climb stairs comfortably, use hands for various tasks, and reach with hands and arms. Employees may also need to lift items occasionally, including supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
