Position Summary

The role involves executing designated cleaning tasks within a commercial environment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and time constraints. Responsibilities include:
  • Performing thorough cleaning of hallways, staircases, and office areas through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
  • Dusting and sanitizing furniture and surfaces.
  • Managing waste disposal, including emptying trash bins and recycling materials.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, including sanitizing and restocking supplies.
  • Utilizing appropriate cleaning agents and techniques, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Preparing facilities for various events and meetings as required.
  • Reporting any equipment issues or unusual incidents to the supervisor.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and supply areas.
  • Exhibiting positive communication and behavior to foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
  • Ability to pass a federal background check as mandated by the position.
  • Prior experience in custodial services is preferred.
  • Completion of all application questions and signing of the application is required for eligibility.
