Director of Nursing

As a Director of Nursing at Brookdale Greenville AL/MC(OH), you will lead the clinical team to provide exceptional care and services for our residents. You will build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to coordinate personalized care. You will collaborate with community leadership, mentor and engage associates, and build resident and family satisfaction.

- Structured six-week orientation, online resources, local nurse mentors, and ongoing collaborative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day clinical services to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
- Supervise and provide leadership to licensed nurses and other direct care staff.
- May lead a clinical leadership team up to five members.
Requirements:
- Education as required to obtain state nursing license and state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
- Driver's license.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, and Clinical leadership experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation.
