Efficient Branch Office Coordinator

Job Description
This role involves managing our busy branch office, including various administrative tasks such as purchasing compliance, accounting, credit/collections, IT, and overall administrative requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for Human Resources administration and employee relations programs effectively. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing records and information.
- Performing accounting and/or financial analysis.
- Monitoring credit and collections activities.
- Managing daily conversion of quotes to work orders.
- Reviewing and approving vendor invoices.
- Providing HR administrative assistance to management teams.
- Encouraging and improving cross-department internal communication.
- Performing general office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.).
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 18 years of age, previous experience in administrative services or related fields, detail-oriented skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, strong leadership qualities, and bi-lingual English/Spanish skills (preferred). Type of travel required is local, with less than 10% of time spent traveling.
