- Manage and resolve contract disputes and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Network Management
- Oversee the development and implementation of network management strategies to ensure network adequacy and quality.
- Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address network performance issues.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of provider network development professionals.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to ensure their success and growth.
- Collaborate with other leaders to develop and implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in provider network development, contracting, and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and health plan operations, including risk adjustment and quality measures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
