PXP Team Support Analyst

This role is responsible for providing data, analysis, and program/project support to the PXP team, focusing on business process improvements and reengineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement precise management plans for PXP programs and projects, covering planning, communications, resources, change, risks, and issues.
  • Own the preparation and execution of monthly and quarterly PXP reports.
  • Based on metrics and analysis, make recommendations for processes and activities to improve the PXP team's influence and reputation.
  • Gather requirements, design, and implement manager, employee, and PXP dashboards.
  • Use data to drive efficiency and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations for the PXP organization.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training for data, analytics, projects, or programs.
  • Support conducting audits to ensure defined business processes are adhered to.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Three years of experience providing data analyst support to a team of professionals or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in HCM - Workday, Excel, and MS 365.
  • Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 5% of the time and clear required background checks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • Certified Analytics Professional or Power BI Data Analyst Certification.
Work Environment:

Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market, and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level.

Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level, and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

The salary range is anticipated to be between $58,000 and $93,447.60 per year. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
