We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiology Laboratory Analyst to join our team at IEH Laboratories in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of food samples for pathogens via PCR and immunoassay
  • Perform various microbe enumerations
  • Enter data into our computer system
  • Calibrate pipettes and perform quality control checks
  • Prepare media and conduct laboratory reporting
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Proficiency with computer applications and data entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a laboratory environment with exposure to food allergens
