Job Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Oversight of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as collaboration with project superintendents to establish operational priorities;
  • Forecasting, tracking, and reporting project costs and revenue, adhering to project estimates;
  • Problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment, and contracts/subcontracts administration;
  • Coordination with the construction Safety Manager to ensure projects meet established safety goals;
  • Development of strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers;
  • Maintenance of appropriate documentation through projects such as RFI logs and change orders;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 7+ years of experience working with a General Contractor;
  • Experience as Lead Project manager on K-12 and/or municipal projects;
  • Bachelor's Degree a plus;
  • Able to run projects from start to finish;
  • Strong software and technology skills a plus;
  • Able to communicate and be organized;
  • Time Management Skills - ensuring everything is on time and completed thoroughly;
  • Experience managing teams a plus;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the Construction Market and the newest technology;
