Position Title: Recruiter

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Work Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm

Overview:

T&T Staffing, Inc. is expanding its team of dedicated Healthcare Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in medical recruitment to advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure candidates undergo thorough interviews, assessments, and credentialing prior to assignment.
  • Partner with healthcare facilities to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands.
  • Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to oversee candidate and client data.
  • Conduct follow-up and quality assurance communications in line with company standards.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor by engaging in client visits, marketing initiatives, and events.
  • Market qualified candidates to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare staffing, particularly in nursing recruitment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare staffing regulations and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize effectively.
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
