Position Overview:
The role involves managing, assessing, and resolving all incoming inquiries related to employee benefit coverage in a courteous manner while providing outstanding Customer Service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Utilize effective questioning and listening techniques to facilitate clear communication. Identify customer needs and respond appropriately.
- Investigate issues and suggest solutions to callers. Ensure follow-through on necessary actions to address customer concerns and inquiries.
- Answer each call with a positive attitude, reflecting our high standards of customer service.
- Manage all phone interactions effectively, aiming for a resolution in a single call.
- Employ a professional approach when handling call transfers, taking messages, managing callbacks, holds, and interruptions.
- Communicate the status of claims clearly.
- Document all calls accurately.
- Refer calls to Lead/Supervisor when needed.
- Process emails as required.
- Log calls in the Solution Center Call Log.
- Assist callers in completing and binding policies.
- Meet production objectives and goals established by the department.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Outstanding Call Center / Customer Service Skills.
- Strong Problem-Solving Abilities.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Ability to empathize with callers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
