Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the well-being of our pets, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and their pets
  • Greet and interact with customers by phone, email, and in-person
  • Create and manage customer reservations
  • Provide facility tours to interested customers
  • Maintain accurate files and records
  • Handle and walk pets, mostly at check-in and check-out
  • General upkeep and cleaning of facility
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Energetic, caring, and passionate about animals
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors
  • Able to clean pet accommodations and facility to maintain high standards
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to operate basic computer software
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
