Job Summary

The Axelon Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing strategic and technical HR leadership in a large manufacturing environment. This role will oversee the administrative functions of the plant HR department, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multitask and handle multiple issues simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strategic and technical HR leadership in a large manufacturing environment
* Oversee the administrative functions of the plant HR department
* Recruit, interview, and hire new staff
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
* Conduct training sessions for new employees
* Present information to management on all levels
* Ensure all members of management apply policies and regulations in a consistent manner
* Assist management in communicating expected goals and objectives to direct reports
* Involve employees in decision-making processes

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* 5-7 years of experience in HR management in a manufacturing environment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multitask and handle multiple issues simultaneously
* Strong sense of ethics and discretion
