Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Install, configure, and support a range of operating systems and applications.
  • Assist clients in logging incidents and requests, and publish floor walk reports with incident and service request details.
  • Manage VIPs, coordinate schedules with team members, and ensure coverage during business hours and for 24-hour on-call resolution.
  • Troubleshoot complex desktop issues, manage the comms room, and perform physical asset audits.
  • Provide support for network, servers, and medical devices, as well as printer support and troubleshooting.
  • Manage new starter requests, induction, and asset management tools.
  • Responsible for sharing reports with team leads and managing the queue to resolve tickets within SLA.

Requirements

  • NicView and Amazon Echo experience.
  • Experience in the following technologies: Caregility Platform, eVideon Platform, and Axis Device Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to attend escalations, and proactive floor walks.
  • Availability to travel between multiple sites within a 30-mile radius.
  • Experience in the medical field is preferred but not compulsory.
  • Willingness to work in shifts roster (morning, afternoon, and night shift).
