About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker Patient Handling products to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and product innovations to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 5+ years of professional experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
