Responsibilities:
- Prepare engaging lesson plans, effectively utilize learning management systems, and objectively assess student performance.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment, provide feedback, support student development, and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed about the latest instructional methodologies, attend workshops, and actively engage in ongoing professional development.
- Participate in campus activities, events, and meetings, assist with maintenance of an orderly classroom, and contribute to a positive campus culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of practical work experience in the field.
- Educational experience that exceeds the level of instruction.
- Previous teaching experience (highly desired).
- Proficiency in various medical procedures and administrative tasks.
- Experience in phlebotomy, immunizations, venipuncture, injections, pharmacology, EKG, wound care, GYN procedures, and vital signs.
- Proficiency in dosage calculations helpful.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
